In order to provide my service I need to collect certain information from you. This Privacy Notice explains when and why I will collect personal information about you as well as the types of personal data I may collect when you interact with me in person, online or over the ‘phone. It also explains how I’ll look after your data and keep it safe.
Your personal data
There are a number of ways in which I may collect information about you. The most likely are when you purchase products on the website or place an order by email or ‘phone, or when you engage with me on social media.
The personal data I may collect will be your name, billing/delivery address, email address, and telephone number. You may choose to give me with additional information personal information for a custom order or a personalised card, for example.
Please note that when you place an order on our website I do not hold your card details. Your payment will be collected by SquareUp Europe Ltd, a third party payment processor which uses secure online capture and processing methods. If you choose to save your credit card details these will be held securely with Square.
I use your data so that I can fulfil my contractual obligations to you (such as deliver your order). I will hold your data for as long as is necessary for each relevant activity.
By consenting to this privacy notice, you are giving me permission to process your personal data specifically for the purposes identified below:
I will never sell, share or trade your contact details with any third parties. At times I may need to share your personal data with trusted third parties e.g. delivery couriers, IT companies, mailing houses, and so on. They cannot use your data for anything other than the purposes that they have your data for, which will most often be for fulfilling your order. Your data will be deleted if I stop working with them.
You can request that I delete your data at any time by emailing me at firstname.lastname@example.org. You also have the right to access and rectify mistakes in the data we hold about you at any time.These requests will be handled on a case by case basis and we estimate will be processed in no longer than 2 weeks depending on our legitimate business interests, legal and contractual obligations.
